Our Padfoot Shell Kit is a highly effective upgrade for any smooth drum self-propelled vibratory roller. Manufactured in our Brisbane workshop, these kits are crafted from premium high-wear materials to withstand the toughest working conditions. Our specialized welding techniques ensure durability and resistance to cracking. Each Roller Parts Padfoot Shell Kit comes with 2 or 3 shell segments, a scraper bar, a mounting kit, and optional smooth scrapers if required—all conveniently packed on one steel skid. We offer worldwide shipping for these kits.
Benefits of the Shell Kit: The shell kit allows you to convert your smooth drum roller into a soil compactor, which significantly reduces operational costs by transforming your machine into a versatile, dual-purpose tool.
We also offer additional protection with optional tungsten coating, hard facing, and QT450-grade wear caps to extend the lifespan of your shell kit.
Additionally, our Smooth Scrapers are available as an optional extra. When you need to switch back to a smooth drum, our scraper bar is designed for easy conversion. Simply remove the padfoot scraper tynes and replace them with the smooth scrapers—no need to change the entire scraper bar assembly.
